Tourvia + Screen Flows + LWC: extensibility for field teams inside Salesforce

Tourvia does more than display a map. It can launch Salesforce Screen Flows and Lightning Web Components directly from the field workflow, so custom business actions stay native inside Salesforce.

A route is only the start

A rep reaches the next account. Now they need to record the visit, check stock, take an order, qualify a lead, or complete a form. Sending them to another app at that point breaks the workflow.

Tourvia can open a Salesforce Screen Flow or Lightning Web Component from the map. The action receives the current record, so the rep starts in the right place instead of searching for the account again.

Launch the right action from the map

An administrator can connect Tourvia to:

The route stays the same. What happens at each stop can follow the process already configured in Salesforce.

Examples from a field visit

A store visit might open a shelf-audit Flow. A sales meeting could end with a visit report and next-step task. A rep working new leads could launch a qualification form directly from the selected pin.

Other useful actions include order capture, product-availability checks, competitor surveys and price-verification forms. These are examples, not a fixed Tourvia template. The Salesforce admin decides what the Flow or component does.

How the pieces fit together

Many changes can stay in Flow Builder. Custom Apex or LWC is still available when the business rule or interface needs code.

Use the same component across Salesforce

Tourvia is available on Account, Lead and Opportunity record pages. Administrators can also place it on Lightning App Pages, Home Pages, Tabs, the Utility Bar and Experience Cloud pages.

Test one field action end to end

Start with a task reps already perform after a visit. Open it from Tourvia, complete it on a phone, then check the resulting Salesforce record and reporting. That test shows whether the extension saves steps or merely moves them around.
