Tourviaformerly RouteForce

Free planning utilities Browser-based and local to your tab

Free tools for Salesforce route-planning preparation.

Do the planning work before you ask a route to carry it. Use these two utilities to inspect the shape of a Salesforce export and to model the visit capacity behind a coverage target. They help you make assumptions explicit; they do not connect to Salesforce or promise an operating result.

Choose the decision

Two narrow tools. No account connection required.

Each tool handles one planning question. Use the result as an input to a real Salesforce and route-workflow evaluation, not as a substitute for one.

Data structure

Check a Salesforce export before route planning.

Inspect a CSV locally for recognised address, coordinate, owner and territory field families, along with aggregate readiness signals.

  • CSV processing stays in the current browser tab
  • No file upload or Salesforce connection
  • Does not validate addresses or declare product compatibility

Coverage capacity

Test the visit capacity behind a field-sales target.

Enter your own team, field-time, visit-duration, travel and coverage assumptions, then compare modeled capacity with the target volume.

  • Calculations and CSV download remain in your browser
  • Shows the arithmetic behind each scenario
  • Not a route, forecast or staffing recommendation

Use the result well

A simple order for testing a field-plan assumption.

01

Inspect the inputs

Check the export structure before treating a map, location or owner field as ready for planning.

02

Model the target

Compare the account cadence you want with the field time and visit assumptions you actually enter.

03

Test the workflow

Use representative Salesforce records, territories and day constraints to evaluate the route workflow in the target org.

Privacy boundary

The planning inputs stay in your browser.

The CSV checker processes its selected file in the browser tab. The capacity calculator processes the numbers you enter and creates its CSV locally. Neither utility uploads the source file, inputs or results to Tourvia.

Page analytics may record a visit to the page, but not the values you enter, calculate or download.

Next field check

When the inputs look plausible, test a real route workflow.

Review the Salesforce records, map selection, route sequencing and visit creation process with the people who execute the plan.

Continue the evaluation

Read the route planning guide before evaluating Tourvia in the target Salesforce org.
