1. Scope of service

Tourvia is a native Salesforce managed package used for route planning and field execution. Route calculations are provided through Tourvia routing infrastructure operated by SKZ Consulting in France (OVHcloud, Gravelines).

CRM data remains in the customer’s Salesforce org. Route calculations process only the data strictly needed for routing.

2. Contract term

The paid subscription starts when the customer subscribes on AppExchange (AgentExchange Checkout). It is a monthly subscription with no minimum term.

The subscription renews automatically each month. The customer can cancel at any time from My Installs & Subscriptions on AppExchange; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period, with no refund for a period already started.

3. Pricing and billing

Tourvia is priced at €30/user/month excluding tax per licensed user, with monthly billing and no minimum commitment.

Installation and configuration are handled by the customer’s Salesforce administrator using the published documentation. The same public per-user price applies to each licensed user.

Applicable VAT is added when required. Pricing may be revised with at least 2 months’ notice.

4. Payment basics

Subscriptions are billed monthly by credit card through AgentExchange Checkout (processed by Stripe) and charged automatically at each renewal. On request, SKZ Consulting can invoice directly, with payment by bank transfer within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payment may trigger the remedies and charges allowed under applicable law and the French CGV.

5. Service framing and liability

Tourvia is provided under a best-efforts obligation framework. Public information about hosting, privacy, and data processing is available in the privacy policy and DPA.

Service levels, availability commitments, and response times apply only when they are expressly stated in the applicable contractual documents. Liability, exclusions, and limitation rules remain governed by the French CGV.

6. Intellectual property basics

Tourvia and its related software, package, documentation, and branding remain the property of SKZ Consulting. The customer receives a non-exclusive right to use the software for its internal business needs under the applicable commercial agreement.

7. Governing law

The contractual relationship is governed by French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is conferred to the Tribunal des Activités Économiques de Paris, as set out in the French CGV.
