Tourvia vs Mapsly: routing limits, pricing models, and Salesforce-native fit

Mapsly is a capable map-and-automation platform that connects to Salesforce and other CRMs, priced at $25 to $70 per user per month with daily routing caps by plan. Tourvia is a Salesforce managed package with routing included at €30 per user per month. The right choice depends on where your data lives and how many routes you build per day.

Quick answer

Mapsly is a strong fit when you run several CRMs or want a no-code automation layer on top of map data. Tourvia is the better fit when Salesforce is the only system of record and the daily job is route planning plus visit execution. The pricing detail that decides most evaluations: Mapsly caps how many routes your team can build per day on its lower plans, while Tourvia includes routing in the subscription with no daily cap.

Pricing models compared

Mapsly publishes three plans: Essential at $25, Pro at $45, and Enterprise at $70 per user per month (mapsly.com, checked 26 July 2026). Several capabilities are priced separately per user per month: navigation at $10 to $20, analytics editing at $45, AI features at $10 to $20. Territories are not included in Essential and expand in increments of 50 at $25 per increment.

Tourvia publishes one price: €30 excluding tax per licensed user per month, billed annually. Route optimization, mobile check-in, visit reports, and dashboards are included. No per-feature add-ons.

Seat price Daily routing limit Territories
Mapsly Essential $25/user/month 100 routes × users per day Not included
Mapsly Pro $45/user/month 500 routes × users per day 50 included, then $25 per 50
Mapsly Enterprise $70/user/month Unlimited 50 included, then $25 per 50
Tourvia €30/user/month excl. tax, annual No daily cap in the subscription Territory visualization and heatmap included

Native vs connected architecture

Mapsly connects to Salesforce through a two-way sync: your records are copied into Mapsly's platform, and activity syncs back. That model works well when Salesforce is one of several systems. It also means a second database to govern, sync timing to monitor, and a vendor data-processing agreement to review.

Tourvia installs as a Salesforce managed package. Reps plan routes from live Salesforce records, check in on mobile, and the visit report is a Salesforce record in your org. The minimum coordinates and timing constraints needed for route calculation are processed by Tourvia infrastructure in France (OVHcloud, Gravelines), as described in the DPA. Salesforce reporting, permissions, and automation keep working because nothing leaves the data model.

When Mapsly wins

Mapsly earns its place in two situations. First, multi-CRM teams: if sales runs on Salesforce, support on HubSpot, and you need one map across both, a connected platform is the honest answer. Second, heavy no-code automation: Mapsly's workflow builder on top of map data is broader than what a Salesforce-native package will do outside the platform. If both your CRM and your field workflow already live in Salesforce, paying for a second platform and its sync layer buys you complexity, not capability.

Frequently asked questions

Is Mapsly Salesforce-native?

No. Mapsly is a standalone mapping and automation platform that connects to Salesforce and other CRMs through a two-way sync. Tourvia is a Salesforce managed package: routes, check-ins, and visit reports live on Salesforce records.

How much does Mapsly cost?

Mapsly publishes three plans: Essential at $25, Pro at $45, and Enterprise at $70 per user per month (mapsly.com, checked 26 July 2026). Daily route building is capped by plan: 100 routes times the user count on Essential and 500 times the user count on Pro, with unlimited routing on Enterprise. Tourvia costs €30 excluding tax per licensed user per month, billed annually, with routing included.

What are Mapsly's routing limits?

Per Mapsly's usage limits page, the maximum number of routes all users combined can build per calendar day is 100 times the number of users on Essential and 500 times the number of users on Pro. Enterprise is unlimited. Raising the limit means upgrading the plan.

When is Mapsly the better choice?

Mapsly fits teams that run multiple CRMs or want a no-code automation layer on top of map data across systems. Tourvia fits teams standardized on Salesforce that want route planning and visit execution without an external sync or per-plan routing caps.
